Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Last Updated: August 24, 2026
At Yellow Rock Coin & Bullion LLC, the security and integrity of every high-value transaction is one of our highest operational priorities. Due to the nature of precious metals, bullion, numismatic coins, and other high-value products, all orders are subject to payment verification, fraud screening, inspection, secure packaging procedures, shipment documentation, and carrier requirements before shipment.
Shipping Area
Yellow Rock currently ships within the United States. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address, location, or delivery method that presents elevated risk or cannot be properly verified.
Shipping Rates
Orders under $299 qualify for flat-rate shipping of $9.95.
Orders of $299 or more qualify for free shipping.
Shipping rates and eligibility may be updated from time to time based on carrier rates, order value, destination, insurance requirements, and fulfillment requirements.
Order Processing
Orders are not shipped until payment has been reviewed, verified, and accepted. Depending on the payment method, order value, product type, fraud-screening result, and inventory source, additional processing time may be required before shipment.
ACH, check, wire, certified funds, and other bank-based payments may require additional holding time until funds are fully confirmed. ACH/eCheck orders may be held approximately 5-7 business days or longer until funds have fully cleared and settled.
Credit card orders generally ship within 3-5 business days after payment has fully cleared and required verification has been completed, unless a different handling time is stated on the applicable product page. Credit card orders may also be subject to additional cardholder verification, address verification, identity review, signed authorization, processor approval, or other fraud-prevention measures before shipment.
Product Verification and Inspection
Upon receipt from authorized distributors, wholesalers, the United States Mint, or other approved sources, products may undergo inspection and verification before shipment.
Where applicable, items may be inspected under magnification, verified for condition and packaging integrity, photographed for documentation purposes, and cross-checked against inventory and fulfillment records.
Packaging Video and Shipment Documentation
To protect both our customers and Yellow Rock against shipping fraud, fulfillment disputes, carrier claims, payment disputes, missing-product claims, and other order issues, Yellow Rock maintains internal shipment verification procedures.
All orders may be photographed, video recorded, or otherwise documented during inspection, packaging, label verification, sealing, and fulfillment. This documentation may include the product being packaged, quantity verification, serial numbers or certificate numbers where applicable, packaging condition, shipping label information, tamper-evident sealing, final package condition, and transfer to the carrier or shipment facility.
Packaging videos, photographs, order records, shipment records, and related documentation are retained as internal company records. These records may be used for quality control, compliance review, insurance claims, carrier investigations, payment disputes, chargeback responses, fraud prevention, loss prevention, missing-product claims, law-enforcement reports, legal claims, or any other lawful business purpose.
Customers acknowledge and agree that Yellow Rock may rely on these records to investigate and respond to claims involving alleged missing contents, non-receipt, tampering, damage, delivery irregularities, chargebacks, payment disputes, suspected fraud, or attempted theft of merchandise.
Secure Packaging Procedures
High-value orders are packaged using layered, discreet, and tamper-resistant shipping methods designed to help protect contents, reduce transit damage, conceal package contents, and deter tampering.
Packaging methods may include double-boxed shipping structures, reinforced internal cushioning, tamper-evident seals, discreet external packaging, and other security procedures selected by Yellow Rock.
Exterior packaging will not identify the contents as precious metals, bullion, coins, or high-value merchandise.
Shipping Methods
Yellow Rock may ship by USPS, UPS, FedEx, registered mail, insured mail, or another carrier selected at our discretion based on order value, destination, product type, insurance availability, signature requirements, and security considerations.
Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to payment review, identity verification, inventory handling, carrier delays, weather, holidays, security review, U.S. Mint fulfillment schedules, or other circumstances outside our control.
Insurance Coverage
Qualifying shipments are insured through third-party commercial shipping insurance providers or carrier insurance while in transit, subject to the terms, exclusions, and claim requirements of the applicable carrier or insurer.
Insurance coverage generally remains active until the shipment is marked delivered and, where required, signature confirmation or other delivery confirmation has been completed at the verified delivery address.
Insurance may not cover losses caused by incorrect shipping information, customer negligence, missed delivery attempts, unauthorized address changes, package forwarding, refusal of delivery, failure to sign, failure to preserve evidence, or failure to cooperate with a claim investigation.
Signature and Delivery Requirements
To maintain shipment security and insurance eligibility, qualifying orders may require adult signature confirmation, restricted delivery, direct delivery to the verified purchaser, or government-issued identification upon receipt.
Customers are responsible for making sure someone is available to receive and sign for the package when required.
Yellow Rock reserves the right to determine the appropriate shipping carrier, shipping method, delivery safeguards, and signature requirements for each order based on order value, fraud-screening results, delivery location, payment method, and transaction risk profile.
Address Verification Policy
For fraud prevention and insurance compliance purposes, Yellow Rock may ship only to verified billing addresses or other addresses approved through our review process.
We may refuse shipment to freight forwarding facilities, mail drops, hotels, temporary addresses, vacant properties, third-party receiving locations, or addresses that cannot be verified. Certain high-risk orders may not be eligible for PO Box delivery.
Orders flagged during fraud screening may require additional identity or address verification before shipment.
Package Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect all packages immediately upon delivery and before discarding any packaging materials.
If tamper-evident seals appear compromised, exterior damage is visible, the package appears opened, the package weight appears inconsistent, or contents appear missing, customers should photograph the package before further handling, retain all packaging materials, and contact Yellow Rock immediately.
Customers must report shipping irregularities as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after delivery confirmation or discovery of the issue. Failure to report shipping irregularities promptly may affect insurance claim eligibility.
Lost, Damaged, Tampered, or Missing-Product Claims
Customers must keep all boxes, envelopes, labels, packaging materials, photographs, tracking information, and related evidence until the issue is fully resolved.
Yellow Rock may require a written statement, photographs, signed claim form, carrier affidavit, police report, insurer documentation, or other reasonable information before submitting or supporting a claim.
Failure to preserve packaging or cooperate with carrier, insurer, payment processor, law-enforcement, or legal review may limit or void claim eligibility.
Claims involving alleged missing product, tampering, non-receipt, or delivery irregularities will be reviewed against Yellow Rock’s internal order records, packaging video, photographs, shipping records, carrier records, delivery confirmation, payment records, and other available evidence.
False, misleading, bad-faith, or fraudulent claims may result in denial of the claim, cancellation of account privileges, refusal of future orders, recovery of losses and fees, submission of evidence to payment processors or insurers, and referral to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, Yellow Rock may consider the shipment delivered unless a valid carrier, insurance, or law-enforcement claim indicates otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location, monitoring tracking information, and promptly reporting delivery concerns.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, returned as undeliverable, held and not claimed, or returned due to incorrect customer information, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs, insurance costs, return shipping, processing fees, market loss, collection costs, and any other applicable expenses.
Final Sale and Market Risk
Due to the continuously fluctuating nature of global precious metals markets, bullion-related transactions are generally considered final once confirmed.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that precious metals pricing is market-based and highly volatile, prices may be locked at the time of order confirmation, and market risk may transfer to the purchaser once the order is submitted and accepted.
Cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refusals of delivery may not be permitted on bullion products except where authorized by Yellow Rock or required by law. Failure to complete payment on a confirmed order may result in cancellation fees, market loss liability, account suspension, collection activity, and restriction of future purchasing privileges.
Fraud Prevention and Compliance Monitoring
All transactions may be subject to automated fraud analysis, AVS and CVV verification, identity verification, device fingerprinting, payment review, manual review, and anti-money-laundering or compliance procedures.
Yellow Rock reserves the right to delay, refuse, cancel, refund, hold, or report any transaction deemed suspicious, unverifiable, high-risk, or non-compliant with applicable law, processor requirements, carrier requirements, insurer requirements, or internal risk policies.
